This Ban Appeal Policy outlines the process for appealing suspensions or bans issued within:
YourSocialHub Discord
ForeverCraft (Minecraft Java Edition server)
PixelCraft (Hypixel SMP community project)
Steam Chat
Any affiliated YourSocialHub platform
Our goal is to maintain fairness, accountability, and long-term community integrity.
2. Eligibility for Appeal
You may submit an appeal if:
You have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned
You believe the action was issued in error
You accept responsibility and wish to request reconsideration
We reserve the right to deny appeals at our discretion.
3. How to Submit an Appeal
All appeals must be submitted via email:
Your appeal must include:
Your platform username(s) (Discord, Minecraft, Steam, etc.)
The date of the ban (if known)
The reason given for the ban (if provided)
A clear explanation of your appeal
Any relevant evidence or context
Incomplete appeals may not be reviewed.
4. Review Process
Appeals are reviewed by administrators or designated moderators.
We may review logs, prior disciplinary history, and relevant evidence.
Decisions are made at our sole discretion.
We are not required to provide detailed reasoning for our final decision.
Response times may vary.
5. Possible Outcomes
An appeal may result in:
Ban upheld
Temporary suspension replacing a permanent ban
Conditional reinstatement (e.g., probationary period)
Full reinstatement
Repeated violations after reinstatement may result in permanent removal without further appeal.
6. Limitations
We reserve the right to:
Deny repeat appeals
Deny appeals involving severe violations (e.g., doxxing, threats, exploit distribution, illegal content)
Permanently remove access without further review
Community safety takes priority over individual access.
7. Final Authority
All appeal decisions are final.
