1. General Availability

YourSocialHub services, including:

• YourSocialHub Discord

• ForeverCraft (Minecraft Java Edition server)

• PixelCraft (Hypixel SMP community project)

• Steam Chat

• YourSocialHub.net

are provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or continuous availability of any Service.

2. Minecraft Server Data

Minecraft servers, including ForeverCraft and PixelCraft, may experience:

• World resets

• Data corruption

• Rollbacks

• Plugin or configuration changes

• Map changes

• Feature removals

• Permanent shutdown

While we may maintain backups, we do not guarantee restoration of player data, builds, inventories, currency, or progress.

Participation in the servers is at your own risk.

3. Data Loss

YourSocialHub is not responsible for:

• Loss of player builds

• Lost items or in-game currency

• Lost messages or server history

• Account progress resets

• Technical failures beyond our control

Users are encouraged to understand that online services, especially game servers, are subject to technical risks.

4. Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to:

• Modify gameplay mechanics

• Reset worlds

• Change rules

• Disable features

• Discontinue services

At any time, with or without notice.

5. No Compensation

No refunds, compensation, or reimbursement will be provided for:

• Lost progress

• Server downtime

• World resets

• Service interruptions

6. Acceptance of Risk

By participating in any YourSocialHub service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with online platforms and game servers.
