Terms of Service

YourSocialHub
Effective Date: February 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any YourSocialHub services, including:

• The YourSocialHub Discord server

• ForeverCraft (Minecraft Java Edition server)

• PixelCraft (Hypixel SMP community project)

• Steam Chat group

• Any related website or platform

(collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Private Community

YourSocialHub operates as a private community platform.

Access to any of our Services is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Suspend accounts

• Restrict access

• Remove content

• Issue warnings

• Permanently ban users

With or without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members

• Engage in hate speech or discrimination

• Post or distribute illegal content

• Share pirated material

• Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities

• Use cheats, automation, or unauthorized modifications

• Attempt to bypass bans or restrictions

• Doxx or share private personal information

• Launch or participate in DDoS or other malicious attacks

Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post within the Services.

However, by posting content within the Services, you grant YourSocialHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display

• Store

• Moderate

• Archive

• Remove

Such content as necessary to operate and maintain the community.

5. Minecraft Servers

ForeverCraft

ForeverCraft is intended to be a long-term vanilla survival experience. The following are prohibited:

• Duplication exploits

• Glitch abuse

• Unauthorized modifications

• Griefing or theft outside permitted gameplay

Server rules may be expanded or clarified at any time.

PixelCraft (Hypixel SMP)

PixelCraft operates within the Hypixel ecosystem. All users must also comply with Hypixel’s Terms of Service and rules.

Disciplinary action taken by Hypixel is separate from YourSocialHub decisions.

6. Third-Party Platforms

YourSocialHub operates on third-party platforms including Discord, Minecraft, Hypixel, and Steam.

We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages

• Platform bans

• Data loss caused by third-party services

• Changes to platform policies

Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

7. No Warranty

All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Uptime

• Availability

• Data preservation

• Server continuity

• Feature permanence

Services may be modified, reset, or discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourSocialHub and its administrators shall not be liable for:

• Data loss

• Emotional distress arising from user interactions

• Financial loss

• Platform bans

• Service interruptions

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
