YourSocialHub merchandise and apparel are sold through Spring (formerly Teespring), an independent third-party platform.

All payments, order processing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and refunds for merchandise are handled exclusively by Spring.
YourSocialHub and Tasty Media Group:
Do not process payments directly
Do not ship products
Do not control production timelines
Do not manage return logistics
For issues regarding:
Damaged items
Incorrect orders
Refund requests
Shipping delays
Order cancellations
You must contact Spring customer support directly through their platform.
All purchases made through the Spring store are subject to Spring’s Terms of Service and refund policies.
2. Donations (If Applicable)
If YourSocialHub accepts voluntary donations now or in the future:
Donations are voluntary contributions
Donations are non-refundable
Donations do not guarantee special privileges unless explicitly stated
Donations do not guarantee immunity from moderation actions
We reserve the right to revoke access to any Services regardless of donation status.
3. Digital Goods (If Introduced)
If digital goods such as ranks, perks, or in-game benefits are introduced:
All digital purchases will be considered final
Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical error at our sole discretion
Attempted chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent ban
4. Chargebacks and Fraud
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute may result in:
Immediate suspension or permanent ban
Revocation of digital access
Additional action where appropriate
