Copyright and DMCA Policy

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

YourSocialHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same.

This policy applies to:

• YourSocialHub Discord

• ForeverCraft (Minecraft Java Edition server)

• PixelCraft (Hypixel SMP community project)

• Steam Chat

• YourSocialHub.net and affiliated platforms

2. Copyright Infringement

Users may not post, upload, distribute, or share content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Pirated software, games, or media

• Unauthorized distribution of paid mods, plugins, or digital assets

• Stolen artwork or branding

• Reuploaded content without permission

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a written request including:

• Your full legal name

• A description of the copyrighted work

• The exact location (URL, username, message link, etc.) of the allegedly infringing content

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized

• A statement that the information provided is accurate

• Your contact information

4. Removal of Content

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the content

• Notify the user responsible

• Issue warnings or disciplinary action

• Permanently ban repeat infringers

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may have their access permanently revoked.

6. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notice to the same contact email above. We may restore content at our discretion if appropriate.
